Planning Approval for a low energy new build house in Hackney for a young family.

The proposal will demolish the existing property to be replaced with a sustainable three-storey house. The form of the building is driven by the existing urban grain of the site, which is located at the convergence of two roads, creating an angular plot. The building responds to these two geometries to enhance the existing streetscape. The house will use advanced sustainable technologies to meet the AECB Silver Standard for sustainability creating a low-energy and high-performing house.
